Development Manager at Westchurch Homes
Acting as principal planning agent on behalf of a landowner, Maybern recently prepared and submitted a planning application proposing six self-build dwellings at a site in Lancashire.
The planning application proposes an extension to a recently approved residential development. Maybern assessed local and national planning policy and guidance in preparing the supporting Planning Statement. We also liaised with the relevant local planning authority to obtain the latest information on self-build demand and supply in the authority to assist our case.
On behalf of a small, award-winning housebuilder, Maybern is currently advising on a nine dwelling scheme in rural Lancashire.
The development will comprise 4 and 5 bedroom homes. Subsequent to the granting of outline planning permission, Maybern prepared and submitted the related reserved matters and discharge of conditions applications.
To promote efficiency and effectiveness while the Local Planning Authority considers the applications, Maybern is closely monitoring the submissions, providing our client with regular updates, and engaging with the Council and external consultees.
Working alongside LMP Architects, Maybern submitted a full planning application proposing 42 homes on behalf of a Preston-based housebuilder which delivers luxurious homes across the North West.
The application site had an extant permission for 18 dwellings. Maybern achieved planning permission for a greater density of development to that previously approved and negotiated a different split of affordable. We managed a multidisciplinary team and ensured that the approved scheme met the aspirations of our client.
