Knowing that our customers want to hire a company they can trust to handle everything on their projects from Health and Safety (we’re CDM Co-ordinator trained and backed up by Health and Safety Expert software from HBXL), to Building Control, to ‘Council of Mortgage Lenders Approved’ warranty provision to the Build itself and management of sub-contractors, our company is all about providing peace of mind during a major project.
So we offer a ‘Total Build Solution’; we can support clients on permitted development work, full planning application work, conservation/listed building work and even provide management of the whole process from concept to sign off with our partner architects, structural engineers, interior designers and building control surveyors.
We work very closely with Building Control, usually linking our payment schedule to their inspections in order to add confidence that stages are paid for only as-and-when the work has been completed to industry standard and through the Federation of Master Builders, we can also provide insurance-backed warranties on our work where mortgage companies request them or where clients feel the long-term benefit of the service.

Excellent in all aspects. Craig, the site manager, is very good at explaining what is being done and showing the various options for doing pieces of work and good suggestions based on his experience. The quality of all aspects of work is first class. Charles dealt with the ( welsh ) building control aspects which differ from the English significantly in certain areas. All of the team are very courteous, conscientious, tidy workers and are a pleasure to have on site. We are extremely pleased with the completed project and have no hesitation in recommending Charles and his team for building projects.
The Pro Build Team achieved an outstanding result with the extension on our property. The quality of the work is excellent and the way this was managed with the necessity to be sensitive with the existing listed property was perfect. In addition to this the access for the job was very poor, but the team managed this positively and with no issues. Charles and the Team were always available to discuss topics and were also very proactive to bring ideas and options to us as well. Their experience with this type of job meant these were normally agreed, and on a number of occasions this added real additional benefits! The project was to convert a Listed Building in Stoke on Trent into a 3 bedroom home for the client based in London, liaising with Building Control, Conservation and the Architect providing the Warranty while also providing CDM Compliance Services, progress reports and recommendations as the project progressed. The end result was spectacular and the property sold immediately to a delighted home owner.
When we were challenged to convert a disused Victorian building into homes we set about meeting the neighbours and finding out the history; before being a wood-working shop, an antiques centre and offices... 150 years ago it was a 'ragged boys school'! Well there was no Play Time but plenty of Learning on the job....
Just off a high street, on a main road, built into a bank, no footpath.... no shortage of challenges but now it has a new lease of life as 3 one-bedroom flats, 1 two-bedroom flat and a 2 bedroom house - re-slating the roof, creating a suspended parking space and passing the Sound Test with flying colours were major achievements on the job with a special mention to Bob Atkinson our Consultant Engineer and the Western Power lands (Rob, Steve and Colvin were fantastic).
Looking back what was most pleasing for the team was the local support, everyone was delighted to see the place brought back into use.
